EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Role

We are looking for an exceptionally organized and proactive Executive Assistant with a strong interest in marketing to become a valuable member of our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting executive-level tasks, overseeing office management, and assisting our global team. Responsibilities include providing marketing support, coordinating investor roadshows, managing email communications, and supervising the publication of external content. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proactive approach to multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the global team, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements

  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professionalism and discretion

  • Oversee office operations, including supplies, incoming calls, and daily administrative tasks to optimize executive efficiency

  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, preparing materials, taking minutes, and following up

  • Organize and maintain content, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality

  • Manage email correspondence, respond to routine inquiries, and draft/edit written communications

  • Assist in coordinating special projects, events, or initiatives, providing administrative support as required

  • Execute social media strategies and maintain organized media libraries

  • Liaise with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely payment of invoices

  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • Self-starter with proven ability to cultivate and improve client relationships

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing principles

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when

  • Strong business, organizational, project management and time management skills

  • Willingness to accept a wide range of tasks and assignments to drive efficiencies
