HEAD OF INVESTOR RELATIONS
M31 Capital is looking for a well-traveled, well-connected Head of Investor Relations with pre-existing networks and a proven track record of building relationships with institutional investors while elevating our industry-leading strategies across the world.
Role
The Head of Investor Relations is responsible for communicating our story, mission, vision and strategy, while building and maintaining relationships in the investment community. This includes managing the end-to-end investor lifecycle, researching prospective investors, coordinating marketing activities including M31-hosted events, developing our social media strategy, and maintaining the firm's client databases.
Responsibilities

Arrange meetings with potential investors and pitch the investment opportunities to established investors when necessary

Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of investor contacts, track company interactions, and identify new targets through meticulous research, cold calling, and email outreach

Collect and analyze pertinent business and financial information to craft a compelling narrative for investors and analysts

Draft and prepare engaging presentations and supporting materials to effectively pitch investment opportunities to both new and existing investors

Collaborate closely with the R&D department and executive team to continuously refine our investment pitch and showcase it to potential investors

Conduct comprehensive reports on fundraising progress, providing direct updates to executive team members as requested

Stay abreast of relevant opportunities, events, and news items, with a view to continuously improving our investor relations and communication programs

Plan, organize, and assist with investor outreach activities, ensuring all materials are prepared to the highest standard
Requirements

7+ years of professional experience with demonstrated success in a strategic investor relations function, including having successfully helped to develop and implement projects and strategies with exceptional results

Impeccable interpersonal skills, including the proven ability to communicate both orally and in writing, including the dissemination of financial performance and related information – become the face of M31 Capital

Experience managing marketing efforts and social media platforms to drive brand awareness and customer inflows
